At MDDP Outsourcing, I hold the position of Implementation Manager. I work in an office in Warsaw.

I am responsible for the entire implementation process of the company’s HR and payroll clients.

I am an experienced manager and ERP system expert, specialising in the Enova365 solution. My primary task is to identify and optimise business processes and provide effective support to clients so that they can focus on their operational tasks.

For many years, I have gained valuable experience in the industry, working as an implementer and manager of the implementation team. My professional successes include successful implementations of the Enova365 system and long-term administration and support for clients.

I started my professional career with positions related to salary calculation. Therefore, I am no stranger to substantive issues.

Process improvement, efficiency and striving to achieve results are very important to me in my professional life.  I love challenges and gaining new knowledge to constantly develop my skills. I am motivated by the opportunity to support clients in achieving their business goals.
